I had my wisdom teeth removed and it started to hurt after the anesthesia from the needle wore away. And I am going to get braces. So which one hurts more or which one is more annoying. Because I don’t want to go through the same aggravation that I went through with my wisdom teeth. I will choose best answer.

My wisdom teeth haven’t bothered me at all. I recently went to the dentist and they were saying that because of the positioning of my wisdom teeth, that they may bother me later. They were advising that I remove them before getting invisalign for my top set of teeth. I feel like this is not necessary since the wisdom teeth aren’t bothering me and my imperfection on my top set of teeth is minor. Someone help me before I go through this expensive and dreadful procedure!!! Any Dentists out there???

In terms of pain, diet, resting…wisdom teeth is a surgery, but I guess getting braces is on is also painful. Do you have to eat soft foods the entire time you have braces?? Is one procedure good preparation for the other? Any thoughts will help.

One of my friend got his wisdom teeth pulled out, but i think they took his braces off. I have braces right now, and i was wondering if i’m getting my wisdom teeth pulled out or not. They already grew. Thanks!

I’m about to get all four of my wisdom teeth removed, and I know that it will take me a few days to get better. Would I be able to get braces a month from now? Do I have to wait maybe two or more months?

I should be getting braces soon. But all of my wisdom teeth are pushed out about half-way. Would they have to extract them or can the braces go on as is?

My wisdom teeth never caused a problem, so I didn’t elect to have them removed.
They angle out very slightly towards the cheeks, so I was wondering if I had Invisalign fitted later, would they be able to correct this?
