I have a gap between my two front teeth and i was wondering how long it would take to close the gap with braces and would I still need to wear them after the gap is closed? For how long?
**The gap is about the width of a penny, its a little smaller than that. All of my other teeth are fine, they’re straight. The only problem is the gap. Im also 15 and I really don’t want to have them that long.

My bottom teeth are straight and in place, my top teeth are lined straight, however the whole set of my top teeth go to the right and somewhat over my bottom teeth. I don’t know if it’s the whole top jaw or not, but yeah. If I were to get braces on my top teeth only for this issue how much would it cost approximately and how long would I have to wear them for?

He said if I want my teeth to stay straight that I should wear my retainers every night for the rest of my life. They hurt like KRAZY I’ve had them since last year and they STILL hurt. What should I do?

I’ve worn them for a whole month, they have made a difference in the first day, but for the other 29 days, its been the same.. plus its VERY annoying having them on, what will happen to me if i dont continue wearing them?

I see a couple of girls from my team but a lot of others at my club who wear ankle braces, but i dont wearing them yet. When do most people start to wear ankle braces??

I’m wearing braces now. I have an overbite, not crooked. I heard that crooked teeth takes a longer time to be straighten. Is it true? And how long did most people wore braces for? Thanks!

Considering it can be removable at any time, it’s probably more than you’d have to wear for braces, right?
And if you’ve used it, was it worth the money?

I’m such a space shot. I got my braces off November 2007, and wore a retainer every night. I lost my retainer this summer and had to buy a $250 new one. Now I lost the new one!
I can’t afford to buy another and my mom won’t pay either. I’m just curious if anyone had issues only wearing a retainer for a year or if it turned out okay…

My daughter is 10 and has braces on her upper teeth.
She doesn’t like wearing her retainer at night. How important is wearing the retainer? I feel embarressed to tell the orthodontist that my daughter doesn’t wear the retainer all the consistently

I just got rubber bands w/my braces today, but they didn’t tell me how often i am suppose have them on. Are you only suppose to wear them for 2-3 hours a day or what? Can i sleep with them on? if not, y?
