I’m told my jaws are nor entirely symmetrical, but I worry about that there is another way that I’m not informed about. The line between my front teeth does not line up with the tip of my nose and if my jaw grows some more, my teeth might have been ground for nothing.

I have had braces for almost a year and went to the orthodontist before. He wants to take my braces off on the 1st December but I still have quite a large gap (I can fit my tongue through) in between two teeth! Will he take them off with a large gap, surely he wont?

My daughter is 8 years old, her teeth are big and jar is small. The orthodontist wants to extract 4 teeth to make sure her teeth look symmetrical. Plus she has a hidden tooth in front, so that one has to be out by oral surgery. Is this common? Do you hear any bad experience about the extract teeth at this age? You help is very much appreciated.

I’m 15 years old and the orthodontist wants to put braces on my bottom teeth only. My top teeth are straight but I think he should put it on the top and bottom. He said after I wear the bottom braces I would get retainers for the top and bottom. What should I do?
