I got my braces on and the little rubber tie is slightly coming off in one corner but the rest of it is still hooked on.
is it bad?
Can i just hook it back myself?

If I am wearing rubber bands on my braces in a box formation, on my upper 3-4 lower 4-5, is it okay if i put on extra rubber bands over the first ones, in the same formation, at night while I sleep? Or will that mess it up?

Well I have had braces for about 7 months, just got rubber bands, and they are sore as crap. How long do they normally stay sore?

does that mean you are nearing the end of your orthodontic treatment. Is this one of the last things they do?

i have braces and rubber bands and i have to wear them ALL the time, when i sleep and when i eat and in school.and i really wanna kiss and make-out with my bf and i dnt wanna take dem out all da time because i kiss him usually every time i see him and he in my school and i see him like every hour!! im scared!!! HELP ME PLEASE!

I got my braces tightned today and my ortho said im ready for rubber bands but in the end i couldnt get them because i bracket came loose so they have to do it next time, why am i getting them? is it because i have had teeth taken out?

Ok, now I am going nuts here.
I have checked everywhere and have not come up with this item.
This rubber ring is clear, or whatever color they come in, and it slides over the cell phone antenna with a charm attached to it.
Not the landyard type. The rubber ring is approx. 10mm
I have no clue what they are called or where to find them.
I have checked two local hobby stores, and on Ebay. On Ebay I do not know what name to put into the search to locate them.
I even tried looking under orthodontics. Nothing!

I have a big overbite and my chin is really recessed. I’m getting my lower braces in two weeks and was wondering:
How fast do the rubber bands bring the lower jaw forward?

So I have braces now for a week. I’m already pass the initial stage of soreness. I have rubber bands to correct my cross bite. The doctor said that when my jaw starts to shift into place, I will feel pain. I was just wondering, how long will it take before I start feeling that pain? Is it normal to not feel any pain at all?

I just got rubber bands w/my braces today, but they didn’t tell me how often i am suppose have them on. Are you only suppose to wear them for 2-3 hours a day or what? Can i sleep with them on? if not, y?
