i know you’re supposed to wear them as much as you can, but what is the minimum? online i’ve read around 20-22 hours is the minimum?

I have heard different things from different people, but i guess it may depend on what school you go to. if anyone knows just in general that would be great!!!

Teeth grow in by pushing into spaces where the pressure against them is less. No one has perfectly straight teeth, and some people’s crooked teeth actually interfere with proper chewing and/or biting. Also, sometimes teeth are straightened for cosmetic reasons.
As humans evolved, the brain case got bigger and the jaws got smaller, and the teeth became crowded. Some people have mutations in which they do not have certain teeth develop at all such as lateral incisors (right next to front teeth) or wisdom teeth (3rd molars).

I am starting high school this year and I really want to know what do you have to do to become an orthodontist? I want to know what you have to do all the way up to when your finally ready to get your own office. Like what kind of schools you have to go to, how long and other stuff like that. If there are any orthodontists out there, please help me.
