I had braces when I was a teen and the gap between my teeth came back…I want to fix it but I don’t want to have braces again or have to wear a retainer forever. I have no health insurance and would be paying for this out of pocket.

I finally got my braces off after 5 years and I really and sick of metal do you think that would be a good alternative to a retainer?

I’m going to get my first trays of invisalign tomorrow, I have had spacers in since last tuesday. They don’t hurt anymore at all, and i can’t even feel them. Will my orthodontist take them out then, or wait until they fall out? If it’s wait till they fall out, how will they do that wil plastic trays on top of them?

I’m thinking about getting Invisalign instead of the traditional braces. I have an overbite thats kind of major, so would they be able to fix this?
and I’m having a hard time understanding the treatments. Are there only two treatments? express treatment for minor and full treatment?
If i get the full treatment, can I cancel anytime I want to? or do I have to stick with it until the end results? thanks!

I’m currently in my couple weeks of treatment for Invisalign…. my ortho said to change the aligners every 2 weeks, but my top aligner has become fairly loose (meaning that the teeth have moved where they’re suppose to for that stage). In fact, I can pop them out with my tounge because they are so loose fitting now. It’s been about 10 days since I put this first set in and am wondering if I can go ahead and put in the next set… anyone know? I just put in the second set and they fit in fine (they’re a little tight, but so were the first ones when I put them in). Am I able to start wearing them at day 10?

my two front teeth are a little overlapping just a little bit. my right front tooth just barely is infront of my left. do you know if i could get braces on the back of my teeth(lingual) or invisalign?

Because my teeth are very ugly. i have like a huge overbite. i would use regular braces but i don’t want my high school graduation picture to have me with braces but i also don’t want to have ugly teeth. and i know that i don’t have time to get the regular braces off before my high school graduation. i’m about to start school for my junior year.

I am a starving student with buck teeth! I’ve been dropped from my insurance because I turned 21,and I don’t have any at the moment. I can’t get a job with benefits at part-time hours.What steps can I take to get cheap or free orthodontic help, I know it’s out there soewhere!
