I’m 13 & I need braces but my family is sort of in a tight spot right now, so I need to find an orthodontist for low income families in northern california

A friend of mine is on government assistance and unemployment and currently has braces due to essentialy no income and her husbands problems she has little money to pay bills let alone an orthodontis $500 a month. Are there any offices in Durham or nearby that offer financial aid or low monthly payments.
