You paid your orthodontist for your braces; do you have to pay another one? Are you doomed to wear braces for the rest of your life? Can you take them off with pliers and household supplies yourself and melt the metal to construct expensive jewelry?
(And no, this did not happen to me! My braces were removed long ago!)

Does the orthodontist there take off your old braces and give you new ones and then he does your mouth his way or will he still follow your old orthodontist’s plan?

I’ve been wearing my braces for 5 years now because I haven’t gone back to my orthodontist for about a year and a half. Will this cause more harm than good?I mean, will it DEFORM my teeth rather than STRAIGHTEN it?

Okay, im 12 and tomorrow im going back to my orthodontics. The first visit i got examined and made molds of my teeth, got to know , discussed what they are going to do, did the x rays. Then tomorrow what will they do? will they put in the braces. if so please tell me what they do step by step

My orthodontist and I got into a disagreement over the progression of my adult braces. Unfortunately, he decided he no longer wanted to treat me, took the wires off my teeth, but left the brackets on. I consulted a lawyer, who basically said that nothing could be done. I don’t have any outstanding payments or anything, and I do have all records from the treatment.
What do I do now though? How do I approach a new orthodontist?
