I recently visited a doctor and was quoted $4675 for the braces and $250 extra for extra stuffs.
I don’t have dental insurance. Is it possible for me to apply for a dental insurance and then start my treatment. I haven’t started my treatment yet. Will the insurance plan pay at least partially for the cost of the treatment? any ideas?

im getting braces in October, and I was just wondering what are the steps and what do they do?

Like the first few days I couldnt even eat noodles. Then like 3 to 4 days later i could eat noodles and macaroni and cheese and like lettuce leaves But i cant eat anything hard like chips or cookies because they hurt when i bite down! i got my braces tuesday july 14th.
When will I be able to eat normal things?

How long will it be before any thing happens to my teeth?
Will they start putting them on the first appointment?

I’m getting moldings/impressions done June 22, and I’ve heard things about not wearing your favorite clothes that day or getting the molding stuff on your tongue. Any tips?

I called customer service of the orthodontics and they didnt know. they said to ask on the next visit but that would be payment. Please Answer.

My teeth are all pretty straight, it’s just that I have an overbite. Is there another way to fix it other than having to get braces? Is that way any cheaper, and how long would it take to fix it? I don’t want to get surgery though.

Would I need a mouth guard for snowboarding?
I have an expander in right now and I’m getting bottom braces in about a month. He never really talked to us about mouth guards, would I need one for snowboarding?

I would also like some tips to handle them because I have a gagging problem.
