I am getting my mouth fitted for braces in a few days, and i dont know how long it takes to get them on after you get fitted. i want them as soon as possible so i can just get it over with. do you think i could get them the same day?

Hello Everyone,
I got fitted train track braces yesterday and my mouth is so sore and uncomfortable. I know that they will hurt for a few days but they are killing me!!! I am taking medicine every 4 hours but they are not really working. Can anyone recommend anything to help the pain, any tips??
