What Dental Plan Will Give Me A Good Orthodontics Discount, Or At Least Lower My Orthodontics Cost By Half?

i live in NY, and i am trying to get bracs, but since i am in hte military, they wont pay for my braces, i have to get a regular dental plan that covers my breaces.
