im getting braces soon and i need to know?

I am trying to decide whether to sign up for Aetna’s PPO or their DMO plan. More specifically, I want to know which plan is better for orthodontics (braces). Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

My mom wants me to get clear braces, but i think i want the normal braces. But before i go through and get the clear braces i need to know some stuff so i will put a list underneath all this !
1. Are the normal braces stronger than clear braces
2. Do you get less Brackets with clear braces

the clear retainors and invisalign are both made by the same company, and they are the same material. however, invisalign isnt covered by insurance and it takes several different retainors to fix your teeth, and when they are perfect, you stay with the last one you wore and where it on and off for the rest of your life.
the clear retainor is just what you get after braces. i recomened braces first.

I got braces yesterday. From what I heard, your teeth move really quickly especially during the first month. So how many days/ weeks would it take for me to see my teeth change positions?
