Yes, many dental insurances will cover a part of your
orthodontic costs. Beware of the waiting periods for
any ortho work though. There are other plans that
will cover orthodontic work without waiting periods too,
see below.

The best thing to do is call the number on the back of your insurance card and ask them. Most times they will cover orthodontics, but there may be certain restrictions, as in age limitations… or a sometimes a ‘wait period’ of being covered for one year before you can start using the orthodontic benefits.
Your insurance company will be able to give you the most accurate information.

does fidelis health care cover orthodontics. i want to get my crooked teeth fix especially on the bottom where my tongue, can;t resist playing with the two teeth that are a little inside

I had a small relapse on one of my bottom teeth of my jaw and i may need invisalign to do it. Our insurance fully covered my braces the first time that I had them. Its been about six and a half years since i got them off.

If yes, how much? Please don’t answer with a guess. The website says they cover dental care, but that could easily just mean flat out dentist visits. I am on AllKids and I need braces. Please don’t answer unless you actually know or have found the answer. Thanks!
