I Was A Client Of Vital Dent Who Closed Their Company And Have Unfinished Orthodontics Which I Paid In Full?

I had spoken to one of their offices where they took my information so that they could send me a credit so that I can get my work finished somewhere else. I called today and was told by the same office that they closed or sold the office. I never received any credit and have unfinished orthodontic work. Is there anything I can do. Please Help. I cannot afford to pay for treatment.
