I have braces (I know!!) and I am going for my dentist appointment for first time with braces on for cleaning. I have no idea how they do it. Do they clean it as they do regularly on patients without braces?
How long does it take? I heard that it takes 60 minutes. Is that true?

I normally use my mentadent toothpaste it has a clear side to it and i just brush them when i take them off but they are getting this little white film after I do this its like tootpaste residue but i do rinse them under water but still i get this film.

I usually use listerine and a toothbrush to clean them but it turns them orange sometimes. Then I soak them under hot water for a little bit. I’m just getting over being sick and I feel if I don’t clean them properly I’m just going to put germs right back into my system. Is there any other ways to clean them?

I got mine a few days ago. I rinse them up to 4-5 times a day and brush them twice with water. There is alreayd alittle build up on them and they taste bad. How else can I clean them with out staining them?

If I don’t want to spend $75 dollars on the cleaning kit, how can I clean Invisalign? I’ve heard that denture cleaners make the Invisalign cloudy/wear away the surface.
