I’m getting them out soon and this is my biggest concern, will the places where the brackets were be more yellow than the other places on my teeth?

I go in to get my braces off soon ( almost 5 years!) and I am super super super excited but at the same time unbelievably nervous because I don’t want it to hurt haha. Help?

I want to determine if the shear bond strength of a certain ceramic bracket is adequate to prevent premature debonds and low enough to prevent enamel damage. I need to know what loads (values in MPA, N/sq.mm, etc.) are typically applied during orthodontics and if there is literature available that I can use.

Do they change them out every time you go in or never? My friends can change there colors every time they go in, will I be able to with the metal brackets I have in now or are metal brackets like one of the colors you can get? Sorry about the questions, I’m just a little confused here.

I had mine removed on Monday and when I look at my teeth first they almost look like veneers very flat, but they also have these small ridges (horizontal and rounded) that were not there before. Also the feel very sleek, (not in a good way). Is this normal?

I got my braces on last week and one of the brackets came off so I got it redone and the glue keeps coming off my front tooth. The bracket is still on the wire and all the rest are connected to my teeth. Is this OK? Has anyone got a way of helping me to keep the bracket on my tooth so that I don’t have to get it redone again?

I have moved and have a new orthodontist and they want to take off a few brackets and put some new ones on. Will they have to use a mouth retractor?
(I hate the mouth retractor!)

can anyone tell me different types of brackets and show me pics of them. my brackets are so weird. they have like a pin holding the wire onto them. they arent self ligating brackets i looked those up and they look nothing like that. they look cheap. i hate them. the pin goes straight up from bottom of the tooth to the top. idk… hard to explain. someone help me please

My dentist put on self-ligating brackets, so do I even need the colorful ligatures at all?
Also, what are the benefits of these types of brackets versus other kinds?
