It has happen twice already and he got very angry and upset and I had to go back and get it put back on. He even yelled at me about eating certain hard foods. I’m scared to tell him cause i know he will flip and yell at me. What should i do?? Can I glue it back on myself?? :’(

My little sister’s bracket is loose on her braces and although it is secure on the wire (but not secure to her tooth) I am afraid she may swallow it in her sleep. Would this kill her? What would happen? Only answer if you actually know, don’t make a guess.

It’s the end of my first month with braces, and I broke one a few weeks ago, so my mom paid for it to be fixed. Now I have two more broken brackets and I feel really guilty. I’m gonna get it fixed in two days. How much would it usually cost? Also, does the dentist usually delay the tightening of your braces if you have broken a few brackets?

I wont be seeing my dentist for months because I had to come to England, and I have to go to the US soon. My dentist is in the Philippines. I have self-ligating braces on, and my dentist says it should be okay even if I am not able to visit her regularly. But one of the brackets got loose, it is not broken though.
Do you think a new dentist will agree to fix it for me? Because I am aware some dentists do not touch patients who are under treatment with another dentist.

I got a pair of self ligating braces a few months ago- soon i’m due to get the wire replaced anyaway. These things have been a disaster- a few weeks ago the adhesive spacers on my teeth fell off, and just today my bracket third from my back tooth came loose! It’s no longer connected to my tooth but it is to the wire, and im worried while I sleep or something it may come off and I could inhale it/ aspirate and die. Im calling the ortho tomorrow, but I need to know- is there a possibility that it will come off the wire? What should I do until the doc can see me? Thanks for your help in advance.

My bracket popped out of my muller cap and I don’t see the orthodontist for a few weeks, without getting another appointment, is there any way I can get it back in?
