I usually use listerine and a toothbrush to clean them but it turns them orange sometimes. Then I soak them under hot water for a little bit. I’m just getting over being sick and I feel if I don’t clean them properly I’m just going to put germs right back into my system. Is there any other ways to clean them?

Whats the best kind for dealing with the pain after you put on braces?

I got mine a few days ago. I rinse them up to 4-5 times a day and brush them twice with water. There is alreayd alittle build up on them and they taste bad. How else can I clean them with out staining them?

I have braces on and i was wondering what i should use to whiten up my teeth? Also, what’s a good thing to keep my teeth healthy? I brush 2 minutes with an electric toothbrush morning and at night if that helps in any way. My teeth aren’t yellow or horrible, but i personally would like them a little bit whiter.

Not all doctors are the same. I am considering braces and need to find a GOOD orthodontist. How do I research them to get the best one? I don’t want to just pick one out of the phone book….
