Tooth Has Moved,what To Do?

I have been wearing retainers for a year now.. but i should not be wearing them at all. The only reason im wearing them a year after i had my braces off is coz i didnt wear them properly at first..anywhoo one of my teeth has moved back behind my front tooth where it was like at the start…
I have been to the orthodontics and they have said to me carry on wearing the retainer untill june (thats when my next apponitment is)but my tooth still is not straight… i might have to have braces again or a bonded braces thingy?but only on the top front teeth??
Has anyone got bonded retainers and do u notice it and does itget annoying? and same questions for lingual braces?Im sceared that i will talk funny?

permanent/bonded retainers for the 1st week or so it was like having braces all over again, but you get used to it and dont feel it anymore so it was a great choice. they say you have to clean them like braces but the only thing thats the same is flossing because you need that threader to be able to do the front teeth. your tongue will get used to them and you might talk funny at first and your tongue might hurt but it will all go away. the removable retainers were annoying to me
