After your braces are removed, they’ll do a mold just like they did before you got your braces. From the new perfect mold, they’ll make your retainer so your teeth will stay in place.

  2. The assistant will fill this thingy magiggy up with this pink stuff then she/he will ask you to open your mouth wide and telll you to breath through your nose not your mouth cause if you breath through your mouth your likely to gag … like i did lol
    they hold it there for around 20 – 30 seconds then just take it out
    ^.^
