My teeth werent perfect in the first place, but I have noticed that they are getting less and less white. I really want pretty teeth when they come off because I used to be the kid with huge buck teeth so is there anything I can do (besides electric toothbrush and whitening toothpaste) to whiten them. The crest whitestrips say not to use them with braces so I need something else.
Don’t mess with them until braces come off.

I wouldn’t bleach them until you get your braces off. This is because if you bleach them now, the spots that are covered by your brackets aren’t going to get bleached, so they’ll be darker than the parts that did get bleached.
the most important thing right now is make sure you’re brushing and flossing as best as you can, because your teeth can start to stain near your brackets if you don’t clean well enough around them (and if you’re REALLY doing a bad job of cleaning your teeth, you might even get cavities around those brackets)
bottom line: wait until you get your braces off to bleach them. I think you’ll be thoroughly surprised at the result.
