How Many Molds Of My Teeth Would The Ortodontist Want Before I Receive Braces?

The dentist already got one full mold of my teeth a few months ago (one top and one bottom). So does that mean when I visit the orthodontist tomorrow would he need another mold or will he give me braces straight away?

    They will typically take another mold at the ortho, but each one is different. Good luck with braces!

    i only got one mold, but you are prob. going to get spacers tomorrow and not braces. i just got my spacers a few hours ago and im getting my braces next week.
    i think they take a mold when you get your braces off too.
