As Anyone Ever Had A Implant Placed Where A Impacted Tooth With Little Bone Support Was Removed?

i will need to remove an impacted tooth that was brought down by orthodontics. it is my front tooth (#9). will i need a bone graph, my dentist say i i have alot of bone loss since the root was surgically cut short after the root erupted.

  1. Two necessary things for implant: suffiecient bone support and good periodontal conditions. If you dont have the required bone support, then yes, you have to undergo bone grafting procedures for implants.

  3. yes im waiting for a sinus lift it called where they pack bone from a bottle into the area where the bone is needed and place the implant in at the same time the heeling time is around 6 months and then the crown will be placed and the tooth looks natural
