I’m in the military and might be changing stations soon. sayin i wont go overseas, if i stayed stateside is it easy to change doctors and just pick up where i left off?

Do you remember what kind of retainer? Did it help your teeth become straighter? I just had my braces taken off last week, and I notice that there is a space in btx the back of my teeth. Which should’ve been fixed by my orthodontics. I have a meeting with him tomorrow, and I’m trying to be real cool and conservative when meeting with him. Eventhough I’m very upset. He shouldn’t have taken my braces off without fixing the space. Any ideas of what to say without sounding like a *****?

Currently i have a grey/silver color for my rubberbands in my braces.
I have a dentist appointment coming up and i’m planning to change the color. I’m in my mid teens so i’m wondering what color won’t look tacky?
I was planning to get a baby blue color at first, but now i think it might stand out too much? Should i just stick with grey?

I am aware that I will need a retainer after braces, but I do not want to have permanent ones. What determines if a person will wear a permanent retainer?

I need either Invisalign or braces to fix a small gap and about two slightly angled teeth.
If I got braces, I would only get them on the inside of my teeth.
Anything you can’t see, basically.
So, what is the least noticeable, most effective, and cheapest?

Why does my throat feel kinda sore after ortho?
I came back from my orthodonist today, and just like last visit, my throat feels sore after the appointment. Are they not cleaning the tools well or something? That I’m catching a virus maybe? My throat feels better after a couple days.
