Would Wearing My Invisalign Aligners At Night Set Back My Treatment?

Im only going to wear em at night for 3-4 days during a trip. I want to avoid the chance of losing them and the hassle of taking them out to eat and brushing after. Will it affect my treatment if i only wear them at night for a couple of days?
No, but it may delay your next aligner for a week or so. Not a big deal really, but be sure to tell your doctor about it!
You don’t want to jump to the next aligner if you are not ready.
We don’t use Invisalign in my practice, but a similar product called “Red, White and Blue”. We have often held back the next appliance for the exact reasons. Business trips or vacations tend to delay an appliance, though only briefly.
I had invisalign done. Eventually, I began wearing my invisalign only at night and everything was fine. However, I don’t know how severe your tooth problems are so I can’t tell you one way or another. You can call your orthodontist and ask, but based on my experience I think you’ll be alright.
