No nothing specifically designed for them. I suggest buying Fixodent tablets and let them soak. Try doing it when you are eating, when the trays aren’t typically in your mouth and then brush them with paste after. You can buy a denture brush that is bigger and has a tip to it that way it will get into each tooth and also you can buy a small little cleaning case that you can soak them in!
Also, bring them with you when you have your teeth cleaned, your hygienist will put them in an ultrasonic cleaner.
