I Want To Get Invisalign But At The One Place I Went To The Only Way To Pay Was Cash Ahead Of Time Or Through?

a third party credit place, who would check my w2′s. I’m in college and I have no credit and the money I make is under the table working construction or random day jobs. They said I could get invisalign express( $2500), I would like to pay half right away then the rest over the next few months…do any places do this without a third party or am I wasting my time?
My Invisalign treatment (full treatment) was $5,000. I had to pay $2,200 up front and $200 a month for 14 months for the rest. However, I have made every payment with my credit card. So, if you have a credit card just use that. Or use a couple credit cards or credit cards and cash combination. If the orthodontist you went to doesn’t allow that then go to another one. I would think most major offices would accept credit cards.
