I Have A Receeding Chin, How Can I Fix It Without Surgical Help?

I also have an open bite, which is when your bite doesnt close, wwhich is currently almsot closed thanks to orthodontics. But, my chin is still receeding, are there any excersizes i can do?
It has to have surgery no other way
