   My teenage daughter had orthodontic treatment for 5 years and the cost was $4,800 (her braces have been off 2 years). I’m an adult with braces and mine is $4,400 for a 20-24 month treatment. It’s well worth the money.

   around 2,000 dollars. thats what mine was. but it really does depend on the kind of treatment u r going to get. =)

   I got braces in 1996 and I paid about $4,000 for 3 1/2 years of treatment.

   A lot, thousands, so the point is, for those of you out there who want a stupidly easy job and want to be ridiculously overpaid, be an orthodontist. All you need is an education and some pictures of people with freakishly deformed mouths to scare the piss out of parents with so that they all get the stuff for their precious brats
