How Many Hours Of Wearing Invisalign Are Required Each Day?

i know you’re supposed to wear them as much as you can, but what is the minimum? online i’ve read around 20-22 hours is the minimum?
20-22 hours is ideal. Most of my patients probably cheat a bit, and get less on some days. It still works! If you can’t get about 20 hours you should talk to your orthodontist.
Braces are much worse – you can’t escape at all. So try for 20 hours a day, then you can change them every 2 weeks.
