Well I have had braces for about 7 months, just got rubber bands, and they are sore as crap. How long do they normally stay sore?

ive had my braces for two years
so yeah, hunie, its going to be sore for the first year definitely.

mine were only sore like 2 days. i wore them only at night during the first week to kinda ease myself into the pain.
im still wearing them now but now i wear them 24/7.
