No raw eggs either. I just got my separators put in (orthodontics), so since I can’t eat anything comfortably that isn’t in liquid form, the majority of my calories are coming from smoothies.

  1. Blend skim milk in with your smoothies. Milk contains plenty of protein. :-)
Also, there are BOOSTS and ENSURES with added protein that can be had daily.

  2. Plenty of ingredients in a smoothie have protein. For example, yogurt, and milk (or soy milk). Some fruits have decent amounts also — peaches, watermelon, canteloupe, strawberries. I’ve heard but never tried people adding tofu, but maybe you can live dangerously and try it ;-)

  3. Put some raw liver into it and blended. You can add some raw salmon too. Hmm, Hmm, Hmm, the dinner of champions.

  4. Peanut Butter!! :) Great protein
