   Try a different aspirin and dental wax.

   Try some aspirin. It’s hell I know. You can rinse with warm salt water but time is the best remedy. Until they tighten them. Just remember and keep saying this Montra ” My teeth will be pretty and my smile beautiful”. It will get better.

   There is a dental wax available for this. Went through it myself for six f***ing years; the orthodontist was a thief.

   try a stronger one, take aspirin, use wax and orajel or try another pain relief
