I am a college student, who recently got braces and it has been an ordeal coming up with quick healthy lunches that I can eat. I do not have access to a microwave so it makes things even more complicated. I am tired of the same old sandwich. When my braces aren’t forcing me to eat jello and yogurt, I want to enjoy my lunch! Please help ! :)

  1. There are these things called Kozy Shack grain bowls and they are sooooo good! You can eat them cold, just open it and eat it. It’s like brown rice, oatmeal, steal cut oats, and barley made into a sweet creamy porridge and comes in plain, apple cinnamon, and maple brown sugar. I highly reccomend you try one.

  2. Put soup into a thermos…..or some hot leftovers. I’m sure there might be something else on the market that keeps food hot…not sure.

  3. chicken salad/tuna wrap?
