I’m going in for orthodontics, and my insurance only covers 2000 of the 5000 total. can i cover some of the ramianing costs by signing up for my wife’s dental plan also? does snyone knwo how that works?

I’d like to get my teeth straightened, but since I’m 51, I think the tin grin path is long past. I’d like to try the invisalign, but would hate to invest $3 grand into them just to find out that I can’t tolerate the pain. Any suggestions?

Well I have had braces for about 7 months, just got rubber bands, and they are sore as crap. How long do they normally stay sore?

a third party credit place, who would check my w2′s. I’m in college and I have no credit and the money I make is under the table working construction or random day jobs. They said I could get invisalign express( $2500), I would like to pay half right away then the rest over the next few months…do any places do this without a third party or am I wasting my time?

I have been wanting braces for a long time(6th grade) but havent had the money,how can i make the insurance pay more ?

I am just looking for some answers as i am getting them adjusted every 4 weeks and i have spoken to other people that have had braces and they say every 6 – 7 weeks. The 4 week adjustment time is my idea as i do not want to have them for very long, so my orthadontist said i can have them adjusted earlier. Has anyone experienced this and has the estimated time been shortened.

My teeth hardly show because they are up too high, and my face seems sort of flat with thin lips because my teeth are back too far. I don’t want to have to wear normal braces.
