I have just had my braces and headgear fitted in yesterday and found last night’s sleep really difficult because I couldn’t sleep on my sides which is something I’ve always done for many years. I tried sleeping on my back but found it distracting. At 1am at night, I took it off. But I want to be able to sleep with it through the night. Have you any tips or ideas??
