I want to get those kind of braces but I’m not sure if my medical card will cover it.Will they?

heyya i live in Wales and my dentist referd me to the orthodontics about 10 months ago . yesterday i got a leeter to say that i have an appointment on wednesday . i am quite scared as i am only 13 i would like to know what this visit would consist of and how long until i recieve treatment. i have a big overbite but none of my teeth are at all wonky . thank you <3 <3 <3

does that mean you are nearing the end of your orthodontic treatment. Is this one of the last things they do?

The percentage that includes me! I switched to traditional braces several aligners away from my last ones. I could have gotten more Invisalign aligners but that would have been too much of a hassle and not as safe as traditional ones. Had I known that Invisalign wouldn’t do such a perfect job, I may have started with traditional braces.
My orthodontist told me a small portion of people actually end up getting traditional braces… hmm…

Hi all..Okay first off..about a year or so ago, I went to the dentist to get an exam and xrays..i needed cavities filled as well asl ike 2 root canels..At that time, I had NO money and no insurance. Now, I changed dentists, i have very LITTLE $$ and very LITTLE insurance. This new dentist wants even more cavities and well as a ton more root canals. I wouldn’t think my mouth would have gotten that worse in only a year. I am really wanting braces also.
If I visit an orthodontist, would he be able to tell me exactly what I need done in order to have braces put on? I’m thinking the 2nd dentist i went to, is only in it for the $$, so maybe the orthodontist can tell me how it is and what i need done..any info would be great! thanks guys!

I’m thinking about getting Invisalign instead of traditional braces.
What are the bad things about Invisalign?
Also, does Invisalign only work for minor dental problems or all around?
Because my teeth are overcrowded and I have a crossbite and overbite.

Is there a specific age to use the Twinforce Appliance? I have seen 2 Orthodontics and they recommend the Twinforce Appliance for young people not for full grown adult. Is that right?

i got braces in november 2008 to fix spacing in my teeth. about how long will it take for the spaces to go away?

I really don’t want to have totally perfect teeth, because I believe it’s the little flaws that make me unique. I have a .2mm overbite, but when I’m wearing my rubberbands and my teeth are where they’re supposed to be, then my mouth looks overcrowded and I don’t like the way my smile looks. If I can convince my mom to ask the ortho to take them off early, will he?
