Friday i have an appointment at 8:30 am *The last week day of summer vacation and i have to get up early lol* I am having the Molding done of my teeth, they will be taking X-Rays and they will also be putting my spacers in. How long do you think i will be their for? And also…Do spacers hurt when they are putting them in?

I was just at my orthodontist on Saturday. He said i need braces and an expander. What do they do first i just want to no like how do they record and how do they put braces on and how long does it take?

I clean them with a mild soap and toothbrush, then rinse well with water in the morning. I also floss, brush, and rinse my mouth with mouthwash then. An hour later, I notice my breath gets bad again. I need to be able to fight this breath. I also can’t chew gum.
