Also, what is a good dental insurance that covers braces. I have slightly overcrowded teeth and i’m 16. My parents don’t have money to pay for it and i was just wondering if it was possible for me to pay it on my own if we switched insurances. I would loveee to have straight teeth. What’s the difference between getting braces and getting braces with elastic bands?

I am on 15/15 and I see the orthodontist next week but I was wondering if I only get 3 refinements, because I have read stories of people getting as many as 10.

I have braces and my teeth look like they keep getting yellower! What are some tips to prevent that?

I know we’re able to drink water without having to remove the aligners and brush before putting them back in, but what about with milk? Is there a reason I should be concerned with milk being pressed up against my teeth for hours on end?

I want to know whether retainers cost is included in the ortho treatment. My ortho said he will charge $450 for retainers after the treatment.
and also I want to know if we go to an ortho do they take x rays for free there itself or do we have to go out and pay money which is not included in the treatment.
My ortho said it costs Approximately $200 to get all the xrays done since he doesn’t have that facility. And only one time you have to get x rays. He said in some cases 2 times. Is that true?
