I’m currently attending a community college, and wanted to major in Dental Hygienist but I’ve changed my mind to becoming an Orthodontist. Before transferring into a 4-year college you have to complete Liberal Arts for Dental Hygienist. What is needed to become an Orthodontist? Should I continue on attending Liberal Arts, if so what course is next when I attend the 4-year college?
P.S. I’m planning to attend Virginia Commonwealth University or another school, haven’t decided yet.
Please explain thoroughly.

Hello Everyone,
I got fitted train track braces yesterday and my mouth is so sore and uncomfortable. I know that they will hurt for a few days but they are killing me!!! I am taking medicine every 4 hours but they are not really working. Can anyone recommend anything to help the pain, any tips??

i visited the orthoclear website and it looks just like invisalign. what is the differences between the two? Does one work better than the other? Does one work faster than the other? Does one have a better guarentee then the other on having straight teeth? or what is the story between the two?

k her orthodontist needs 2 pull both of her cuspids on the top. will she give her laughing gas or numb her up? does she have the choice? will she bleed alot afterwards? will she feel like goin 2 skool afterwards?

I am moving to India from the United States in about 8 months, and I am getting my braces put on in about a month. So when I move I will be right in the middle of my braces treatment, and I will need to find a new orthodontist. Does anyone have any suggestions to one I should use?

I don’t know how big of an overbite it is but its big. Is there a way to know if braces will look bad? Does color make a difference, cause i was planning on getting black.

I am starting high school this year and I really want to know what do you have to do to become an orthodontist? I want to know what you have to do all the way up to when your finally ready to get your own office. Like what kind of schools you have to go to, how long and other stuff like that. If there are any orthodontists out there, please help me.

She wants me to get invisalign because it requires her to drive less and my orthodontist is like 30 minutes away. I don’t know what to do! HELP!
