Okay, im 12 and tomorrow im going back to my orthodontics. The first visit i got examined and made molds of my teeth, got to know , discussed what they are going to do, did the x rays. Then tomorrow what will they do? will they put in the braces. if so please tell me what they do step by step

I am doing a research project, and my orthodontist and pediatrician are too hard to get a hold of to ask them, so if anyone can help me that would be great.
I need the daily activities and things like that.

I have moved from england to america and now i need to take off my braces. I want to know the fee for taking off the braces for my top teeth(i don’t have braces on the bottom row of y teeth) and getting the retainer.

Looking for answers from people who *recently* had their braces off. I’m an older adult who had a falling out with their orthodontist. Plus, because I got braces so late in life none of my friends remember anything about them or retainers!
My braces have been off for over 6 months and I’ve worn my retainer every day for at least 8 hours. What were you told when you were given your retainer? How long were you told you had to wear it? Thanks.

I would like to persue orthodontics, but I need a little advice on whether it will be as high in demand, as it is now, it the next 15+ years, or if it will be obsolete due to advances in science and technology.

I recently got told to wear removable jaw alignment braces, which are the ones with big blocks on them. They cause my jaw and face to really ache, and look hideous as they’re very big and bulky. Does anyone know how long I will have these for before getting fitted braces?
I’m 17 in 2 weeks, and all I want is to hurry up and get fixed braces, but my orthodontist never tells me anything.
